How Do We Do It?

Unlike most suppliers, we build your entire machine from its components in the UK.

Our process involves printing & laminating artwork, preparation of panels, assembly of

components, electrical testing, and quality control checks. Being hand built by our

experienced team allows us to cater to those more custom orders and ensure that our

products are in line with British manufacturing standards.

Nintendo style 7000+

I bought an arcade machine from arcade-geeks the 7000+ WiFi version off eBay and wow it’s amazing so many games all different types of computers- ps1 sega -dreamcast -master system - Nintendo 64 -nes -Super Nintendo-Atari -Nintendo game boy and game boy colour - segagame gear -list goes on . I went for the Nintendo styled machine it just looks amazing and very easy to use definitely worth the money hope this helps anyone looking to buy one .

Superb, but problematic this time around

I've bought from Arcade Geeks before and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. However, this time around, I've had problems with communication - to the point where they haven't returned my call or email asking for help. I had a problem with the joystick on this which in the end I had to sort myself, which was a major ball-ache as I'm useless with this sort of thing. Covid has obviously severely impacted on them, resulting in having to wait over a month for delivery. I'm certainly not criticising them for that, but it would have been nice to have some communication from them in the meantime and reassurances that they hadn't forgotten about me. But hey, I guess it's sorted now, although I'm not sure I'm going to get a third from them now. One thing to note about the AG8000 game package is that the website doesn't list the Neo Geo titles (it lists the Neo Geo Pocket Colour, but I think we can all agree no one's that bothered about that). However, there IS an extensive Neo Geo library on that package - 155 games worth! So the later Metal Slug games, Art of Fighting games, King of Fighters games, Aero Fighter 2 and 3, etc, etc, etc ARE on there. Superb machine again, but the lack of communication has taken the shine off the experience somewhat.

Thank you for your review, It is very much apprieated, I agree with you 100% we should of gotten back to you sooner, Covid has played a big part, as we have to ensure we follow the goverments guidelines, leaving us with reduced staff, and some working from home, With children of school it makes it that much more difficult for some our staff to work efficiently causing delays in responce times, We are sincerly sorry, An please do not let this put you of from future purchases.
