UK Delivery Options
UK Deliveries
Please Allow 1 to 2* weeks turnaround time on all arcade machines, as they are all custom-made to order. When ordering a custom themed machine, this will increase the lead times slightly to accommodate for the the customed themed design Once your machine has been dispatched we use our courier partner DPD to delivery your order on a next day service, We sometimes use our in house delivery and pallet services for certain machines such as the Elite and Wallcades. *Turnaround times can change in our busiest periods.
Please Note: Ensure you check your machine upon delivery as you are signing to say it has arrived in good condition and free of damage, in the unlikely event it arrives with any damages, refuse the machine and it will arrive back to us. where we will resolve any issues and replace your machine.
EU Deliveries
Please Allow 2 to3* weeks turnaround time on custom-made arcade machine orders. We use our courier partner DPD to delivery your order, You will receive updates from DPD once they have your order, please ensure someone is available to take delivery on the day of your delivery.

Customs Charges/Delays:
Goods ordered from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance will be payable by you. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be applicable. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be payable by you, the customer. We can not advise on how much you can expect to pay for import duties. It is accepted by you that Arcade Geeks has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.
Marking goods as gift or declaring low value:
We cannot mark items as a gift or declare a lower value. All our parcels shipped outside of the EU require a commercial invoice to be attached to the outside of the box declaring the correct goods description and value. This is required by law and we will not mark items as a gift or declare a lower value, so please do not ask us to do this.
