Royal Mail postal service with a 1-3 day delivery time.
This is ideal for those customers who are happy to wait a little longer for delivery.
Delivery times do NOT include Bank Holidays, weekends or Public Holidays.

Hermes Tracked (Approx. 3-5 Days):

Hermes economical service with a 3-5 day delivery time with tracking for peace of mind.
This is ideal for those customers who are happy to wait a little longer for delivery.
Customers are notified by SMS* (Text Message) and email.
Delivery times do NOT include Bank Holidays, weekends or Public Holidays.
*Please Note: To receive delivery information by SMS, a mobile telephone number must be provided on your order.

DPD Courier (Next Day)

The cut off time for same day dispatch for this service is 12:00 Noon. (Mon - Fri)
Delivery times do NOT include Bank Holidays, weekends or Public Holidays.
This service has real time tracking and requires a signature upon delivery.

Customs Charges/Delays:
Goods ordered from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes,which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance will be payable by you. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be applicable. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be payable by you, the customer. We can not advise on how much you can expect to pay for import duties. It is accepted by you that Arcade Geeks has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.

Marking goods as gift or declaring low value:
We cannot mark items as a gift or declare a lower value. All our parcels shipped outside of the EU require a commercial invoice to be attached to the outside of the box declaring the correct goods description and value. This is required by law and we will not mark items as a gift or declare a lower value, so please do not ask us to do this.
