What arcade machines do you sell?

We build Classic, Elite, Bartop and Wall-Mounted arcade machines in a wide range of themes.

Can I request custom artwork?

Yes. Select the custom artwork option on the relevant product, or contact us before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Our machines are custom made to order. Our usual UK production and delivery estimate is 1–3 weeks. Complex or heavily customised orders, and orders placed during peak periods, may take up to 12 weeks in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Does the machine arrive assembled?

Yes. Every Arcade Geeks machine is delivered fully assembled, tested and ready for suitable setup and plug-in use.

Are the games pre-installed?

Yes. Your selected games package is installed before dispatch, so the machine is ready to set up and play.

Do you deliver throughout the UK?

Yes, but delivery charges depend on the machine range and destination. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey may have an additional charge. The correct available rate is shown after you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Do you deliver to Europe?

Selected Classic and Bartop machines can be delivered to the supported EU destinations shown at checkout. Elite and Wall-Mounted machines are not currently offered for EU delivery.
