Name, title, billing and delivery addresses, email address, telephone number, account details and, where relevant, company information.
Orders and support
Order specifications, artwork approvals, payments, delivery records, messages, photographs, video, diagnostics, warranty history, returns and dispute records.
Website and security
IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, security events and fraud-prevention signals.
Payment card details are processed by the selected payment provider. Arcade Geeks does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Who may receive information
We disclose only the information reasonably required for the relevant purpose. Recipients may include Shopify and website providers; payment and finance providers including Klarna where selected; banks and fraud-prevention services; delivery and logistics providers; IT, hosting, communications, analytics, review and customer-support providers; professional advisers, insurers, debt-recovery providers and courts; regulators, police and public authorities where disclosure is required or lawfully requested; and a buyer or adviser involved in a genuine sale, restructuring or transfer of the business.
Providers acting for us must process information under appropriate contractual and security requirements. Some providers act as independent controllers and apply their own privacy notices.
International processing
Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we use an applicable adequacy regulation, approved contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Automated checks
Payment, identity and fraud-prevention providers may use automated checks when deciding whether to approve, decline or review a transaction. Their own privacy information explains any decision-making they control. We may also manually review an order or require additional verification where a transaction presents a security or fraud risk.

How long information is kept
Orders and accounts
Core order, invoice and transaction records are normally retained for six years after the relevant transaction or customer relationship ends, and longer where reasonably required for an active claim, dispute, warranty, legal hold or regulatory obligation.
Marketing and cookies
Marketing preference and suppression records are kept for as long as needed to respect the preference. Cookie and analytics retention varies by provider and cookie type and is controlled through the cookie settings where applicable.
Calls and enquiries
Customer-service calls may be recorded for training, quality, security and dispute resolution. Recordings and ordinary enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including any related claim or legal requirement.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Requests and objections
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may provide rights to access, correct or erase information; restrict or object to processing; receive certain information in a portable format; and withdraw consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
